On September 23rd, Su Ming will hold the Su Ming Harvest Festival and sacrificial ceremony, during which there may be some content that could have adverse effects on foreign nationals. Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises citizens of the Union in Su Ming not to participate in the sacrificial activities and to abide by local regulations in Su Ming. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also suggests that citizens of the Union refrain from traveling to Su Ming.
