Decision on the Establishment of the World Tree Transitional Authority in Ming

World Tree Union,

Recognizing that the former Soviet Ming Empire of Ming has made a series of negative remarks, which seriously violate the principles of peace, friendliness, and interaction advocated by the World Tree Union;

Realizing that in order to promote interactions among users and achieve peaceful resolutions, proactive and friendly cooperation measures must be taken;

Decides:

  1. To establish the World Tree Transitional Authority in Ming to promote cooperation in Su Ming's dish development, protection of human rights, and other aspects.
  2. The tasks of the World Tree Transitional Authority in Ming include, but are not limited to:

a. Promoting the peaceful development of Su Ming's ancestral land and facilitating its social, economic, and cultural prosperity;

b. Strengthening friendly relations between Su Ming's ancestral land and member states of the World Tree Union, and promoting mutually beneficial cooperation;

c. Supporting efforts in human rights protection in Su Ming's ancestral land, ensuring the full respect for the fundamental rights and dignity of its people;

d. Providing necessary technical, economic, and human resources support to help Su Ming's ancestral land achieve sustainable development goals;

e. Resolving differences and disputes between Su Ming's ancestral land and member states of the World Tree Union through dialogue, consultation, and cooperation.

  1. The World Tree Transitional Authority in Ming will be jointly established by member states of the World Tree Union, and each member state will send representatives to participate in the work of the authority.
  2. A secretariat will be established for the World Tree Transitional Authority in Ming, responsible for organizing, coordinating, and implementing the work of the authority. The secretariat will be managed by dedicated personnel designated by the World Tree Union.
  3. The World Tree Transitional Authority in Ming will maintain close cooperation with the government of Su Ming's ancestral land and relevant stakeholders to jointly formulate cooperation projects and action plans.
  4. This decision shall enter into force from the date of its publication.

The World Tree Union hopes that through the establishment of the World Tree Transitional Authority in Ming, the development of Su Ming's ancestral land can be promoted, fostering peaceful and friendly cooperation, and achieving common prosperity and progress.
